Our elite 1-1 training is all about attention to detail as our only focus is on your needs, your body, your lifestyle and mindset so that you can achieve your ideal results. 

Our coaches analyze, plan and monitor every aspect regarding training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset. This approach eradicates guesswork and continually optimizes each element regarding your training.

Strong Program

Our strong program contains a majority of the elements of the Elite 1-1 program. However, It has been developed to enable a more cost effective way to train and achieve epic results. Our strong program provides people with a supportive small group (1-4) training environment that has a competitive element you just can’t get in 1-1 Elite. Our groups are gender specific; we have Strong Women which consist of 4 women per group and Strong Men which consists of 4 man per group, so we can create the best training environment. Honestly, this program can deliver the same results as our 1-1 Elite, provided you are prepared to put in the time training and following our further education. The strong program could easily prepare people for physique and body building competitions, epic body transformations and photos shoots. You just have to enjoy training with others and be able to attend the class schedules.

Competition Preparation

Competition Preparation Packages start from 24-30 weeks out as a minimum. We need to work with you for a good amount of time  before the competition date. The more time we have with you, the better!

Carla specializes in contest preparation and has worked with countless competitors over the last 7 years. Currently putting over 25 females on stage all with a top 5 placing. she will take your physique and conditioning to the next level while also prioritising your health.

As a figure pro athlete herself and as a an online trainer for WBFF federation, she has experience training competitors from all divisions in all federations including ICN, ANB, IFBB, WFF, WBFF and PCA.

  • Fully customised nutrition plan, based on your needs and what will work best for you.
  • Continual Biometric Assessment utilising relevant testing methods (blood pressure, skin folds etc)
  • Full movement and joint screening and analysis to address imbalances and weakness
  • Fully customized Training Plan addressing all aspects regarding cardio, resistance training, daily activity etc).

Strong Program

  • 2,3 or 4 60 mins sessions per week
  • Strong Women and Strong Men (Women only groups; men only groups)
  • Customized nutrition plan or customized macros based on your goal
  • Access to educational videos and content
  • New training program every 4 weeks through our +4 HPC app.
  • Training plan addressing all aspects regarding cardio, resistance training, daily activity etc.)
Who’s it for? 
  • This is for people who need continued support, enjoy training in a fun and competitive environment and that are on a budget. The +4 program allows anybody access to elite level coaching year round.

Competition Preparation

What’s involved?
  • Coaching which guides you on exactly what to do in and out of the gym from beginning to end of your competition preparation
  • One on One Personal Training to push you to get the most out of each session and make sure you are doing each exercise and set right.
  • Comp Training Programming: We will layout a periodised plan for your training program that is personalized to you and will peak you for your upcoming show
  • Comp Nutrition Plan: Personalized nutrition plan that is adjusted based on your progress
  • Personalized Supplement Protocol based on your goal and health
  • Periodical measurements, photos and body fat measurements to track your results
  • Advice on the best suited federation and division for your physique type
  • Guidance on 1 on 1 Posing classes to show your best physique on stage
